To derive requirements for an economic-driven evaluation framework for process-oriented software technologies

To identify the value drivers (costs, benefits, and risks) related to process-oriented software technologies

To systematically analyze value drivers torwads their dependencies

To quantify the economic impacts of process-oriented software technology on software development and maintenance efforts

To enable the use of existing evaluation data (estimation by analogy)
